I have had several REO's sitting on the market for months and months....I just listed several more....I am staying that if you want to BUY get out there. IT will and has been a buyers market. I can n ot understand why people are just not moving on some the best times to buy a property. There is still money to get and I know it is not as esy to get it...but if you have some money put aside, the banks will loan you money. I know of many programs still out there  that you do not have to have a lot of down payment. Investors are gun shy...Why I am not sure....but Buyers need to buying.
